Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business names Boyer & Ritter among “2024 Best Places to Work in PA’’

CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter ranks among Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business’ “2024 Best Places to Work in PA,’’ following a selection process by the independent research firm Best Companies Group.

Boyer & Ritter was listed among the state’s medium-sized companies with 100-249 employees that are publicly or privately held, for-profit or not-for-profit businesses or government entities, have a facility in the state of Pennsylvania, have at least 15 full — or part-time employees working in Pennsylvania, and have been in business for a minimum of one year.

In 2023, Boyer & Ritter ranked fourth among the more than 40 companies that made the final list.

According to Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business, the list and rankings are derived from a detailed employee survey, which contributes 75 percent to the overall score. This is complemented by a thorough analysis of each company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics.
