Boyer & Ritter expands role of seasoned Manager and welcomes three new associates
CAMP HILL, PA—Boyer & Ritter is pleased to announce Manager Jordan Sallavanti’s expanded role in Human Resources and welcome three new associates, two of whom previously interned with the firm.
Jordan Sallavanti, a school district auditor in Boyer & Ritter’s Government Services group, has accepted an expanded, dual role as a Learning and Development Specialist in the firm’s HR department.
Sallavanti earned a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Sociology from Kutztown University in 2016. Earlier this year, Sallavanti was honored as a YWCA Greater Harrisburg Tribute to Women of Excellence award honoree.
New associates
Erica Weaver earned a BS and Master’s in Business Administration from Shippensburg University. She previously interned with Boyer & Ritter in 2023 and 2024. Weaver also served as a finance tutor and a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance worker, helping prepare returns for qualifying individuals.
Devon Pritsch earned a BS in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems Management from Penn State University, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. He interned with Boyer & Ritter in the spring of 2024.
Caitlin Harro earned a BS in Accounting from Susquehanna, where she graduated cum laude. While in school, Harro worked in the Finance Department, served as a student ambassador for the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs (PICPA), and, in January 2023, completed a three-week anthropology course with the Council on International Education Exchange in Singapore.
