Boyer & Ritter named among 100 Best Places to Work in PA for 13 consecutive years: #11 Among Mid-Sized Employers for 2021
CAMP HILL, PA – For the 13th year in a row, Boyer & Ritter LLC was named among the 100 Best Places to Work in PA for 2021, following an evaluation that considers both company policies and employee feedback. In 2021, Boyer & Ritter was ranked #11 in the category of mid-sized employers.

The 100 Best Places to Work awards program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal.
The Best Places to Work in PA breaks companies into three categories according to the number of employees; Boyer & Ritter was one of 25 medium-size employers with between 100 and 249 employees. Eligible companies had to be a for-profit or non-profit business, be publicly or privately held, employ at least 15 people working in Pennsylvania, and be in business for at least one year.
Employees' answers on a specially designed survey are heavily weighted, counting for 75 percent of the evaluation process. Workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics are worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process.
