Boyer & Ritter’s Jennifer Switzler named among Central Penn Business Journal’s 2024 Women of Influence honorees
CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter is pleased to announce Jennifer Switzler, the firm’s Director of Human Resources, is among the 43 women recognized by the Central Penn Business Journal as a 2024 Woman of Influence honoree.
“Receiving this honor and being named among such remarkable women is both humbling and empowering,” said Switzler, who joined Boyer & Ritter in 2013 as the firm’s first in-house Human Resources Manager.

Switzler, who graduated from St. Francis University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a minor in marketing, supports several community organizations. Currently she serves as co-chair for the silent auction committee for Joshua Group’s annual Joshua Dreams event. As a past president and former board member, she continues to support the Bob Craig Youth Foundation. Switzler is also a 2022 graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series.
Women of Influence honors high-achieving women for their career accomplishments. These women are selected based on their professional experience, community involvement, leadership, and commitment to mentoring. A panel of judges consisting of business professionals and previous winners selected the honorees.

This year's Women of Influence will be honored on June 27 at a celebration at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel, 4650 Lindle Road. Registration and networking begin at 5:30 p.m., and dinner and the awards program start at 6:15 p.m. The hashtag is #CPBJevents.
