Boyer & Ritter celebrates the promotions of four new Supervisors and 11 Senior Associates

CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter is proud to announce the well-deserved promotion of four outstanding professionals to Supervisor roles and eleven to Senior Associate positions.
Four Promoted to Supervisor
- MacKenna Mahan, CPA, joined Boyer & Ritter in 2021 after interning at the firm in summer 2019. She works with the firm’s Auto Dealership and Employee Benefit Plan practice groups. Mahan earned a BS in Business Administration in 2018 and Master of Accountancy in 2019 from Bloomsburg University, where she was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies.
- Geneka Zechman, CPA, joined Boyer & Ritter in 2021 after interning at the firm in summer 2019. She works with the firm’s Nonprofit Practice Group. Zechman earned a BS in Business Administration in 2018 and Master of Accountancy in 2019 from Bloomsburg University, where she was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies. Zechman also captained the University’s field hockey team, leading it to the playoffs.
- James Farano, CPA, joined Boyer & Ritter in 2019 and provides accounting and auditing services for government clients. He earned an Associate in Business Administration in Accounting from Lehigh Carbon Community College in 2016 and a Master of Accountancy in 2019 and a BS in Accounting in 2018 from Bloomsburg University.
- Christine Lingle joined Boyer & Ritter’s State College office in 2021 and supports numerous practice areas and industry groups. She worked as an in-house bookkeeper for a 15-store family-owned grocery chain. She earned a BS and a Master of Science in Accounting from The American Women’s College at Bay Path University.
11 Promoted to Senior Associate
- Andrew Horst, CPA, joined Boyer & Ritter in 2021 after interning with the firm in 2020. He earned a BS in Accounting from Bloomsburg University.
- Cassandra Root joined Boyer & Ritter in 2022 after interning with the firm in 2020. She earned a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Shippensburg University.
- Conrad Martin joined Boyer & Ritter’s tax department in 2020 after interning with the firm earlier that year. He earned a BS in Accounting in May 2020 from Messiah College.
- Desirae Kerr, CPA, joined Boyer & Ritter in 2021. She earned a BS in Business Administration, Accounting and Business Finance from Geneva College.
- Emily Consoletti joined Boyer & Ritter in 2021. She earned a BS in Accounting with a secondary emphasis in Communication and an MBA from Juniata College.
- John Sterner joined Boyer & Ritter in 2021 in the firm’s tax department. He earned a BS in Accounting with a minor in Fraud Examination and Economics and a Master of Accountancy from Bloomsburg University.
- Lydia Tamayo joined Boyer & Ritter in 2021. She earned a BS in Business Administration and a Master in Data Analytics from Robert Morris University.
- Matthew J. Becker, CPA, joined Boyer & Ritter in 2022. Becker earned his BS in Finance with a minor in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
- Rachel M. Bosworth, CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), supports the firm’s Advisory Services team in forensic accounting, litigation support, and business valuations. She earned a BS in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude from Geneva College.
- Rachel Miller joined Boyer & Ritter in 2022 following her internship in the firm’s Chambersburg office. She earned a BS in Business Administration from Shippensburg University.
