Jaime Onk

Jaime is a Manager with Boyer & Ritter and provides employee benefit plan audit services for a variety of clients and industry groups. Before joining Boyer & Ritter in November 2022, Jaime worked for an international public accounting firm where she specialized in employee benefit plan audits. She has over 20 years of experience working on all types of employee benefit plans.

Employee Benefit Plan Audits

• Planning, performing and managing audits of defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, and health and welfare plans
• Determining the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures; appraising the soundness, adequacy, and application of controls in new and established systems and procedures
• Providing consulting services to develop effective internal controls for the entity
• Ensuring compliance with plan documents, as well as ERISA and DOL requirements
• Organizing and compiling audit reports to convey audit findings to client’s high-level management
