Boyer & Ritter announces election of three new Principal-Owners and two Principals: Bostic, Medernach and Yost elected principal-owners

Elected Principal Owners:
Benjamin R. Bostic
Benjamin Bostic leads the firm’s Chambersburg office. He is a CPA who provides tax and accounting services for closely held businesses in the Construction and Real Estate industries as well as for Small and Entrepreneurial Businesses. A 2021 graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series, Bostic serves on the board of the Downtown Carlisle Association and is a member of the Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors and the Construction Financial Management Association. He graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
Jeremy D. Medernach
Jeremy Medernach is a CPA with more than 20 years of experience providing accounting and tax guidance for various clients ranging from automotive dealerships to governmental agencies. He is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series, serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cleve J. Fredricksen Library, and serves as assistant treasurer and development chair. Medernach graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Nathaniel J. Yost
Nathaniel Yost is a CPA and a senior member of the firm’s Dealership group and has experience providing audit and accounting services for closely-held businesses. He is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Cumberland and serves as the Friends of the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library’s treasurer. Yost graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Accounting.

Jeremy Scheibelhut
Jeremy Scheibelhut is a CPA and member of the firm’s Dealership and Not-For-Profit groups. He is a first lieutenant in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, a 2016 graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series and serves on the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank’s finance committee, and is on the board of Harrisburg Young Professionals. Scheibelhut graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
Senahid Zahirovic
Senahid Zahirovic is a CPA and member of the firm’s Government Services and Dealership groups. He is on the board of Dauphin County Crime Stoppers and is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series. Zahirovic graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
